4 Week Pleasure Diet

The Pleasure Diet is not a restrictive diet. It is a diet that increases your ability to receive pleasure. And when you increase your ability to receive pleasure, you radiate joy and freely give pleasure to others. It is designed for women who spend their days working hard and taking care of everyone else at work, in the community, in the family – even the dog – first.
