What is a Daring Diva Dance Workout?

It is a 90-minute class that combines Nia, Pilates, Strength work, Yoga and FUN. The intention is to provide a body/mind/soul experience that frees your mind, opens your heart, strengthens your body and lets your soul soar.

Who are the Daring Diva Women?

A community of amazing women of all ages, body types and fitness abilities who desire to connect with one another, get fit, have fun, feel feminine and sexy, let go of stress, be WILD, get centered and grounded, relax and rejuvenate.

Who is Dr. Deb?

Dr. Deb has been passionately studying the body/mind connection since her early days as a fitness instructor in the 80’s.  Even in the days of jumping jacks and The Pointer Sisters she realized that moving the body had a much bigger impact on people than simply burning calories and firming muscles.  A Ph.D. Health Scientist, Dr. Deb is certified by the American College on Exercise as a Group Fitness instructor and holds certifications as a Black Belt Nia Instructor, Integral Hatha Yoga Instructor, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and Pilates Mat Instructor.  She loves combining three decades of studies to create her Daring Diva Dance Workout and hopes to provide every woman with a mind-freeing, heart-opening, body-tingling, spirit-filled experience!

When and Where is the Daring Diva Dance Workout?

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

NEW payment options:

  • Monthly pass for $80 cash or check only (which is the equivalent of making Friday’s class FREE*…or the equivalent of $6.67/class)
  • $10 /class
