How it works

Just to be clear, this is NOT a deep liver or gall bladder cleanse and it is NOT a severe calorie-restricted cleanse or a crash diet. This cleanse is NOT for anyone who wants a crash diet or is allergic to soy, whey or gluten.
It is specifically designed to help level out your blood sugar, re-set your insulin response, reduce inflammation, and break carb/sugar cravings.
The typical weight is about 4.5 pounds in 5 days – but remember, much of that is fluid that had been retained in fat cells.
