Each day of your RESET should look like this:

  • Breakfast: Nutrimeal Shake + AM Supplement Packet
  • AM Snack: Nutrition Bar
  • Lunch: Salad or veggies + Nutrimeal Shake
  • PM Snack: Nutrition Bar
  • Dinner: Salad or veggies + Nutrimeal Shake + PM Supplement Packet

Add one serving of fruit and unlimited raw or lightly steamed vegetables during the day if you feel hungry. Why raw or lightly steamed vegetables specifically? Cooking vegetables often changes the glycemic index of the food, sticking to raw or lightly steamed vegetables limits the possibility of spiking your blood sugar and also provides more enzymes to aid digestion. Your serving of fruit can be added to your Nutrimeal Shakes along with ice to make a delicious treat!

Tips:

  • Eat every 2-3 hours, even if you are not hungry. This will keep your blood sugar stable and help prevent hunger pangs from creeping up on you.
  • Mix cold water and ice in with your Nutrimeal Shakes to make them taste even better.
  • Use a Blender Bottle for a quick shake on-the-go.
  • Use the tracking sheet provided in your RESET kit and track everything you eat, feel, think and do over the next 5 days. Knowing what triggers hunger (i.e. stress at work, lack of sleep, waiting too long to eat) is a powerful tool. You will be amazed at the power of something as simple as journaling.*
  • Be sure to drink plenty of purified water (at least 64oz) each day.
  • You may exercise at a light to moderate pace for 20-30 minutes while on the RESET.
  • If you have a luncheon or dinner appointment that you have to keep and you don’t feel comfortable drinking a shake,  drink your shake before going to the event and then order a large salad (minus the croutons, cheese, meat and dressing) and lemon on the side.  Squeeze the lemon over it and you’ll be right on track.

In the “Save As” dialog box, choose where you’d like to save the file on your hard drive, then click “Save.” Once the download is complete, simply open the file. (The key is to do this in order) From the pop up box, select “Save Link As”. Another window opens allowing you to choose where you’d like to save the file on your hard drive, then click “Save”. Once the download is complete, simply open the file. The MP3 file should open in whatever audio program you have on your computer.

If you’re using a Mac and Safari, move your cursor over an audio link above, click the CTRL key, then click on the link. (The key is to do this in order) From the pop up box, select “Download Linked File”. The file downloads immediately. Once the download is complete, simply open the file. The MP3 file should open in whatever audio program you have on your computer.
