My heart has been aching for all people and animals affected by earthquakes, tsunamis, political unrest, wars, etc. It can feel overwhelming. So I have drawn on all the practices that help me focus on good and light like prayer, meditation, donating to the American Red Cross, Divine Love Healing, dancing, and reading spiritual texts.
I also look to mentors like Judith Simon Prager, co-author of “Verbal First Aid” and Tom Kenyon for his visualization for protecting against radiation.
