Every Tuesday morning I wake up with a bubbling sense of anticipation, knowing that I have the opportunity to connect with you. Today, that feeling carries an extra resonance—a gentle nudge from the universe. In the current state of the world, I sense a pervasive undertone of anxiety, fear, and separation. Yet, amidst it all, I’m reminded of the immense power we each hold within.
You see, every single choice you make, every interaction you have, and every exchange you partake in holds a vibrational frequency. These energetic imprints either fuel your inner light or dampen its glow. Each act, no matter how small, contributes to your overall energy.
When you consciously choose actions rooted in love and joy, you stoke the flames of your own divine essence. Your vibration rises, and with it, your energetic field expands. Your boundaries become fortified, allowing you to navigate the world with greater clarity and purpose.
That’s why, today, my intention is clearer than ever: each week to provide you with uplifting poetry, music, stories, and teachings—both from my own journey and from the wise souls whom I deeply admire.
