🌑✨ New Moon This Week ✨🌑

We have a new moon tomorrow! New moons are a powerful time to 'plant seeds' and set intentions. This particular new moon invites us to create coherence between seeming opposites. While it's easy to see these "seeming opposites" in the world around us, the real work begins within—harmonizing your heart/body and brain.

One of my favorite ways to quickly restore coherence when my head and heart feel out of sync is through a rhythmic breath practice. Last week, I shared a practice I recorded to help you unwind and rest.
