Inner Smile Meditation
Summer is winding down, and I don’t know about you – but after all those decades of living by a school calendar, it feels to me like it’s time to start something new.
However, with SIX PLANETS STILL RETROGRADE (seven if you count Chiron), even though you may feel like a racehorse at the starting gate, it would be a great idea to take the next week to go inward, reflect, imagine and communicate with the deepest part of yourself. That will help you be truly ready to move forward by the end of August as the planets begin to do the same thing.
During Bliss Camp this summer I recorded a guided meditation that can help calm your nervous system so you can journey inward. It’s based on the Taoist practice called “Inner Smile Meditation” and it’s one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy it.
